Terms of Use

Welcome to Ratchet Legacy. By using this website, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About this site

Ratchet Legacy is a free, non-commercial fan project dedicated to the Ratchet & Clank series. It provides a reference database, a wiki, community trades and related content for collectors and fans.

2. User-submitted content (trades)

Users may submit trade listings that link to external marketplaces (Vinted, Leboncoin, eBay). By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

The information you provide is accurate and lawful;
You have the right to sell or trade the item;
Your listing link points to a legitimate marketplace page.

All listings are reviewed before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion. Ratchet Legacy only connects collectors — all transactions happen on the external marketplaces, and we are not a party to any deal, sale or dispute between users.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to post illegal, offensive, misleading or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt the service.

4. No warranty

The site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Information (prices, references, availability) may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use it at your own discretion.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Privacy

We keep things simple and respect your privacy.

What we collect

Trade submissions: the item details and marketplace link you choose to submit. Please don't include personal data you don't want shared publicly.
The tracker app (separate) uses an account (email) to store your personal collection. That's handled by its own sign-in.

What we don't do

No advertising, no ad tracking.
We don't sell your data.

Third parties

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages and uses Supabase to store content. External links (marketplaces, press articles, social media) are governed by their own privacy policies.
